We collect information from you when you send an enquiry using the contact form on our website. The information collected includes your name and e-mail address. In addition, we automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, software and hardware attributes, and the pages you visit.

Access to www.infowebsro.cz, or to some of the services provided by the operator on this website, may be partly conditional on the user providing certain personal data within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data. Such data is always actively requested and, once agreed to, is treated as information of a personal nature.
The operator undertakes to handle this data in accordance with applicable legislation and to use it only to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is obtained, always so as to prevent any harm to the data subject. The operator also uses this data for internal purposes, in particular to perform analyses and evaluate possible risks, and to monitor service quality and client satisfaction. Users may at any time request the deletion or update of their personal data by e-mail at info@infowebsro.cz.
The user consents to the operator’s procedure described above. Personal data is secured by the operator in line with modern standards, which ensure the greatest possible protection of data processing against unauthorised access or transfer, against loss or destruction, and against possible misuse. All client information is protected.

Yes. Cookies improve access to our website and identify repeat visits. In addition, cookies enhance the user experience by tracking and targeting the user’s interests. The use of cookies is, however, in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our website.
